Grade C Plain Washers

Grade C plain washers manufactured by Xiaoguo® is a high strength washer. This washer reduces the coefficient of friction, prevents leakage of liquids and ensures a tight seal in the connection area.Grade C plain washers can also be used in combination with bolts and nuts, which protects the surfaces of the connected parts from excessive pressure, thus prolonging the service life of the equipment.

Maintainance

Regularly check the appearance of grade C plain washers for wear, deformation, cracks, corrosion and other defects. For equipment with high precision requirements, such as aircraft engines, precision machine tools, etc., the condition of plain washers should be checked every time the equipment is overhauled; for general industrial equipment, it can be checked every 1 - 3 months according to the frequency of use of the equipment and the working environment.

Check the fit of grade C plain washers with bolts,nuts and connected parts to make sure the connection is tight and no loosening. If these plain washers are found to be defective, they should be replaced promptly to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
